External Assessment and Optimization for the medical grants and partnerships department

IHI led a comprehensive assessment process (comprised of 20 stakeholder consultations over six weeks, peer benchmarking and a collaboration practices review) to help a global pharmaceutical organization enhance its medical grants and partnerships program, in support of its commitment to advancing health equity. This process uncovered critical insights that informed the development of an evolved value proposition framework, a revamped theory of change, and detailed recommendations for program optimization. To support this work, IHI partnered closely with Alstonia Impact, a global strategic advisory and research firm specializing in the social impact sector.
