Market Systems Development Plans (MSDP) for Post-Medication Abortion Contraception (PMAC) in Kenya and Pakistan

IHI collaborated with Ipas and partners to enhance interventions addressing the contraceptive needs of women and girls self-managing medication abortion in Kenya and Pakistan. Our team developed Market Systems Development Plans (MSDP) for both countries which integrate user insights with market system dynamics, drawing on commercial marketing, social behavior change, human-centered design, and market development methodologies. Throughout this project, IHI provided comprehensive support encompassing analytical research, strategic planning, process design, and the creation of knowledge-sharing documents.
