We don’t just advise from the sidelines...

We roll up our sleeves and get to work with you. From strategy to execution, we are in it together, tackling challenges and turning ideas into action.
We are a global, virtual team, registered in Kenya and Scotland. Our core team of seven works alongside a network of expert consultants, ensuring we bring the right skills to every project.
We believe real change happens where systems thinking meets human behavior. Whether we’re engaging the private sector, driving advocacy, or designing behavior change strategies, we blend these approaches and lean on our love for frameworks to create lasting impact.
Our work spans key global health strategy areas—including sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR); primary healthcare; maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH); infectious disease prevention and control; climate and environmental health; health equity; and social determinants of health. The challenges are serious, but we always find ways to bring energy, creativity, and joy to what we do.
